Admission Process

Document needed for admission in Foundation, Engineering & Medical

1. Dully filled Enrollment form.

2. Selection Letter and admit Card of Admission Cum Scholarship Test.

3. Initial Fee (Payable at the time of Admission) in Cash/DD only.

4. Account payee Cheques drawn in favour of "MENTORS EDUSERV" dully signed by account holder.

    Keep the Amount & date section blank as it will be filled by our admission section executives.

5. Three(3) Coloured passport size Photographs.

6. Photocopy of School Id-Card/10th Admit Card/Adhar Card.

7. You are required to carry a proof of School Rank (1/2/3) or School Topper or any other achievement,for extra benifits in future.
